Terms and Conditions

​Please read the following Terms & Conditions before placing your order:

LOCAL ORDERS:

  • Local orders are taken until midnight the Friday before your homecoming (7 days in advance). Rush orders will be considered based upon availability but there is a Rush Charge
  • Products will not be made until full payment is received
  • Pickup is between 10 am and 7 pm the Thursday before your homecoming unless other arrangements have been made: 1794 Trebled Waters Trail in Driftwood, Texas
  • If you choose "Local Delivery", the order will be scheduled for delivery the Wednesday before your Homecoming. Maximum range of delivery is 40 miles from our business (Driftwood, TX) and there is a flat rate charge of $40. The "Delivery" option is available during checkout. The customer will choose between "Shipping" and "Pickup" and should select "Shipping" which will then ask if "Local Delivery" is the preference.

SHIPPED ORDERS:

  • Orders that require shipping must be placed at least 14 days before your homecoming. Any order placed closer than 14 days to the homecoming date will be refunded within 48 hours and will NOT be made.
  • Products will be shipped the Monday before your Homecoming unless that day is a federal holiday or if special arrangements have been made.
  • Mums by Mom is not responsible for loss of or damage to the package and all claims must be filed with the shipper.


* ** Homecoming mums and garters are custom items and as such cannot be returned.
